Zero Resistance Filter
- The cross-sectional area is 20 times larger than that of the Y-type filter, ensuring long-lasting, unimpeded water flow. This filter remains effective without resistance even after one year of use.
Zero Resistance Check Valve
- Springless design, vertical valve installation, developed by BROAD itself, ensures “zero leakage”, “zero resistance” and high reliability.
BROAD High Efficiency Water Pump
- Special pumps produced by professional factories (OEM) with whom we have cooperated for many years. All technical standards are specially designed, and technical parameters are better than national standard pumps.
BROAD Packaged Water System Control Cabinet
- The cooling pump and cooling tower fan have the largest power consumption in the central air conditioning water distribution system. The BROAD control cabinet is equipped with VSD control devices for the cooling pump and cooling tower fan to ensure accurate tracking of cooling load and climate change, thus achieving substantial power saving in the cooling water system. This cabinet is also equipped with a power switch and soft starter.
Water softener
- Using ion exchange resin to soften water quality, suitable for all water quality, reduce cooling water hardness, delay scale formation, and ensure efficient unit operation status.
Automatic Dosing System
- Monitor the cooling water quality in real time, automatically add bactericide & algaecide and anti-corrosion & scale inhibitor to eliminate Legionella bacteria, delay scale formation, eliminate corrosion, and extend the service life of the chiller.
BIM Technology
- The pipes are designed and manufactured in the factory, and the layout of the connecting pipes is reasonably designed. The transition between pipes uses large arc transitions to reduce turbulence and minimize pressure loss.
