Packaged Pump Set

In traditional central air-conditioning systems, the supply and distribution system of cooling water, chilled water and hot water consumes 1/3 of the whole system’s energy. To correct this apparently unreasonable phenomenon, BROAD has pioneered and improved packaged pumping distribution system which saves an average of 75% energy consumption instantly. Simultaneously, the reliability and quality control of the pumping distribution system has been raised to the same level as that of BROAD chiller. This incredible energy saving miracle is indeed not mysterious, it’s attributed to the “zero-resistance filter” and “optimal variable flow intelligent control technology” BROAD has invented. Another BROAD industrial research solution for the 21st century, to replace “inefficient methods of field erected systems” with high quality factory production and low energy engineered systems for our customers.

ABSORPTION CHILLER

Combined Cooling Heating Power (CCHP)

For more than 100 years, thermal power plants have been located a considerable distance from urban areas and waste heat cannot be easily utilized. The energy loss from voltage fluctuation and long-distance power transmission has reached 2/3 in most cases, but this centralized energy model has been regarded as reasonable enough all the time. In 1999, BROAD pioneered the distributed energy model – the CCHP System powered by exhaust heat from a turbine generator. This system has been applied in more than 70 countries and has typically doubled the energy efficiency of most projects, and is equals to “zero energy cost for cooling and heating”. With the growing awareness of the climate change crisis, local distributed CCHP systems will ultimately displace the bulk grid ones, just as wireless communications largely replacing hard wired communications.

Using waste heat from power generation as energy source doubled the energy efficiency, equals to free energy sources use of cooling and heating and almost achieves aircon zero emission.
