Given the local infrastructure, electricity serves as the primary energy source for powering the cooling mechanisms within the mall premises. To achieve effective cooling, MBH employs a water-cooled chiller system. This system operates by producing chilled water, which is then distributed throughout the mall to cool the air in both public areas and individual tenant spaces. With a required cooling capacity of 1200 TR (Tons of Refrigeration), the water-cooled chiller system efficiently meets the cooling demands of MBH, ensuring a pleasant environment for all occupants.

The BROAD Electric chiller product is an ideal solution to meet the cooling needs of Mega Bekasi Hyper (MBH), especially considering MBH’s substantial cooling capacity requirement of 1200 TR. This suitability stems from the fact that BROAD Electric chillers utilize electric magnetic oil-free compressors, which can significantly reduce electricity consumption by over 50% compared to conventional electric chillers.
